This post provides you with some of my favorite healthy pantry staples. Please feel free to use it as a guidance and inspiration for stocking your own pantry 😀
My first tip is to buy bulk whenever possible, whether online or in store; it will save you a honey bunch of $$$.
Pseudograins:
- Amaranth
- Buckwheat
- Milet
- Quinoa
- Wild rice
Grains:
- Wild rice and / or Black exotic rice
- Oats
Nuts (all raw):
Nuts will keep for up to six months if stored in a refrigerator, and up to three months if stored at a room temperature in the kitchen pantry.
- Almonds

- Hazelnuts
- Macadamia
- Walnuts

- Apple cider vinegar (highly alkalizing and healthiest among all vinegars)

Herbs (dried or fresh when available):
- Basil
- Chilies
- Cilantro
- Mint
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Thyme
Spices:
- Black pepper
- Cardamom
- Cayenne
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Coriander

- Curcumin
- Curry powder

- Manuka honey
