I love to start my day with a smoothie. It’s great pre-workout fuel due to its’ easy digestibility, and also post-workout for quick recovery (especially if you add plant-protein powder).
Get creative with your ingredients and use whatever you have on hand. Change up your greens, alternate your milks, nut butters, superfoods and fruit to create a smoothie that’s perfect for you!
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Cultured Coconut Milk (found by the kefir in the refrigerated section)
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Scoop Protein Powder Vanilla Lucuma
1 Cup Spinach
1 Tbsp ground Flax Seeds
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or other high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
